Answer: Brad Thompson Homes specialize in Custom Designed, one off Architectural homes.

Question: What designers or Architects do you use?
Answer: We have our own specialized award winning designers however we do use a number of designers or architects throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast that is in the position to deliver to us the design and feel of a new home that our clients require.

Question: What price range do you specialize in?
Answer: Our focus at Brad Thompson Homes is on Building excellence and the creation of quality spaces that is unique to the site and our client. We specialize in custom designed, unique and architectural homes that start at a competitive pricing level for that type of unique home.

Question: How many Brad Thompson Homes would you build per year?
Answer: We only use a select few of specialized and high quality trades people in their particular expertise. This also means that by not using any trades persons that are available to build a Brad Thompson Home, we limit our homes to a total of ten per year.

Question: How long does it take to build a Brad Thompson Home?
Answer: From start to finish once we get to site to construct your new home, it normally takes 11 to 12 months before the home is ready for you to move into.

Question: What steps do we need to go down to start a building our new home with Brad Thompson Homes?
Answer: First we do a comprehensive concept design of your new home and then once that has your full approval, we then proceed to working drawings. This will include a full engineering report, also completing such things as a soil test, a contour survey, a slippage report of your land, full working drawings and the preparation of a “Fixed Priced” contract in preparation to build your new home
